Duties & Responsibilities: • Complete daily work orders within 24 hours. • Complete work orders in prompt and efficient manner and submit to the Operations Director at the end of each day. • Must have knowledge of painting, drywall, minor electrical, plumbing, and some carpentry. • Must be able to work independently and have own tools and work vehicle. • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED); and 2-3 years related experience and/or training. Ability to communicate effectively with residents and associates at all levels of the organization. Maintain a high level of professionalism and organization. Experience with HOA is a plus! • Starting pay will be determined based on knowledge and experience. Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Tie Positions Available Salary: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour Schedule: • 8 & 4 hour shifts Available • Monday to Friday COVID-19 Considerations: No Mandates. Work crews may be subject to wear a mask while performing maintenance projects inside owners homes. Work Location: Multiple Locations in Northwest & Southwest Chicagoland Area
