This position involves working on new and exciting automotive prototypes in a variety of areas. Building vehicles from the ground up in an indoor shop environment. This full-time Fabricator position based out of Allen Park, MI and offers AM Day shifts, PM Night shifts, Weekend shifts and possible overtime. Candidates meeting the requirements for this Fabricator position below are strongly encouraged to apply. Day shifts, Night shifts plus possible overtime available. Retirees and veterans are welcome. Shift Schedule: • AM Day shift: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm (Monday – Friday and Saturday or Sunday) • PM Night shift: 4:00 pm – 12:45 am (Monday – Friday + OT when needed) Retirees and veterans are welcome Requirements: • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent • Minimum 3 years' fabrication experience or equivalent fabricator military experience • Minimum 3 years' MIG & TIG welding experience • Must be able to read GD&T symbols and interpret blueprints • Excellent shop math skills • Must have own tools and rolling/lockable toolbox • Must be able to inspect own work • Must be ready and willing to complete all tasks assigned • Must be able and willing to work overtime when necessary • Self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision Preferred Skills: • Experience with automotive parts • Experience working with lathes, mills, and grinders • Hi-lo Experience Benefits: • Overtime When Available • No Certification Required • Veteran Friendly Employer • We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance after your 60 days with Performance Driven Workforce • Work with Latest Automotive Technology Performance Driven Workforce is an Equal Opportunity Employer Easy Application Process!
