Need a Stable, Experienced roofer with a work truck and basic roofing tools who likes to make good money doing only small roof repairs around central Florida. Take off when you want. This is not a "break you ass" all day 7 to 5 job. We do between 2 and 5 jobs per week. More if you want. Pay is $30 per hour and you get paid for driving 30 minuets to and 30 minuets from work. You get paid same day when the work is done. All work is finished same same day. You must live in Orange county. We first go for the estimate. The majority of the time we do the repair on the spot. Need to have many years experience finding and fixing leaks and roof problems. This is important. You got to know what you are doing. It's not experience when someone says "well I helped a roofer for 2 days many years ago"...or..."I was on a roof once but I can learn fast" that won't cut it. Good carpenters and handymen are very good at what they do, but they are not roofers. I have a professional roofer that will ask you 4 or 5 trick questions that only a real roofer will be able to answer. So please save me the embarrassment if your not experienced. I need a "roofer", not a "roofing company"...so if you have a crew or are already in business, that's not what I am looking for. One of my good roofers is moving out of state, so I need a replacement. No drama please. You must be able to keep your private life out of work. No back ground checks...we all make mistakes, we learn, we move on...and what you do at home is no one's business. No English no problem.
