This position could be Temp to Perm for the right candidate! Hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. Pay is $15/hr. Must be able to start ASAP.Responsibilities: Phones: schedules, coordinates, and supervises the duties of on-site staffEnsure rent collectionOversee all operational functions at the propertyTaking money ordersAddress tenant concerns and needs in a timely mannerPerforms regular property inspectionsEnsuring positive tenant relations, maintaining occupancy levels; the property is in good physical conditionSending emails as neededEnsure staff follow proper tenant intake proceduresEnsure money management guidelines are followedExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to read profit and loss statements Requirements: Three (3) years of property management experience Must have experience with:- Earned Income Tax Credit- Fair Housing Laws Proficient in MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)Background & drug screen required Preferred: Proficiency with YARDI property management software preferred. ** If you meet the above requirements / qualifications, please apply with your resume for immediate consideration. **#SETX
