The HT Group is looking for a Maintenance / Make Ready for a client in Vidor. They will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the apartment complex along with doing the make ready's. This is a temp to hire position. Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch. Pay is $15hr. Start ASAP. Qualifications: Maintenance experience requiredMust have 2 years Apartment Make Ready experience: painting along with all the prep work, light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and pressure washingRepairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriorsHVAC experience needed: will be working on A/C units and DishwashersComplete grounds work such as: grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscapingPool maintenance experienceCoordinate special projects as directedMaking Working OrdersExperience with P/O'sHard worker and must be dependableMust have Valid IDReliable transportation Additional Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationshipsMust have 2 years Apartment Make Ready experienceMust be able to pass a Drug Test and Background Check: No Felonies / Theft / Any type of violenceHours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pmPay is $15hrAble to start ASAP Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of timeMust be able to bend, push, pull, twist, squat, crawl, lift and climb ** If you meet the above requirements, please apply with your resume for immediate consideration. **#SETX
