Hi, you'll need a 1 person to handle this job. Pay is $150 / Negotiable - You need a Cement cutter / blade along with digging tools and a level. You can disperse the dirt and clay around the area. You'll also need something to mix the cement in. Water supplied. Here are the instructions. The instructions are Step 1 in the Videos below. You start by cutting a 20 x 20 square in the concrete. Next, 1. You dig a hole (show picture) 3 feet deep 2. You pound in rebar (show Picture) 3. You mix and pour cement to fill the hole to the top to match the driveway (show picture) 4. Push base into the cement and level it with a picture (show picture) - when you build the base you do it as follows... Put a nut over each of the 4 J Bolts all the way down. Put bolts through black plate and then screw another nut down TIGHT no washers required. Get Paid! Pay is $150 I'm in San Diego, and my Client is local. You'll have to have digging tools and something to mix the cement with & pickup cement at the local Loews, Home Depot True Value, Ace. I will pay for the cement from Customer Service when they call. 3 - 5 days from now you can go back with another person and build the Basketball Hoop (as outlined in Video 2 - pay is $175) If you want 3 - 5 plus jobs a week it can be done.
