Crossgrain Inc. is seeking a great candidate for an apprenticeship position. (No experience necessary) The position offers a starting pay @ $17.50 per hour, rising to $18.00 per hour after successfully completing a 3 month probationary period. We provide a 3-5 years of training (depending on your learning speed), which will cover interior trim, hardware and cabinet installation, and as time progresses and your skills improve, custom woodworking. This position will be open to someone who possesses the following qualities: 1. Honesty - a must. 2. drug free. 3. Motivated to work and wanting to learn. 4. Aptitude for working with hands, numbers/fractions - and/or mechanical abilities etc. 5. Strong work ethic (on time, and willing to work overtime occasionally, as needed). 6. Good daily record keeping, and detail oriented. 7. Able to work both in a team, or independently. 8. Must be energetic, and physically able to lift/carry up to 80 lbs. 9. Have clean driving record. 10. Over the age of 18 (due to liability/working with power tools).
