At ACE OF SPADES Gardening & Design, were looking for a couple of part time workers, with great work ethic, to do simple landscape services. We will be having a lot of growth over the next 1-4 years and want people who can grow with the business. Obviously parttime turns to full time, in about 2-4 weeks, with the right people. Within the next 1-2years we will be hiring from within another manager, and estimator. These positions get paid very well. Pay P4P-"Pay 4 Performance" Is the best way for hard workers to get paid what they're worth. Get paid based on the amount of labor revenue produced. Base pay is 19hr which you will never earn less. After 1-2 weeks training you should be averaging 22-29hr.
