Family Owned and Operated Qualifications: Physical fitness level that will allow for quick movement, climbing, bending, and lifting heavy loads Previous experience in roofing, construction, or related scope of work Communication and teamwork skills including openness to receiving feedback from superiors General knowledge of roofing procedures, techniques, and specialties Strong work ethic and desire to perform quality work Ability to read and follow instructions from drawings and diagrams Endurance to spend hours working in extreme weather conditions such as heat or cold Responsibilities: Lay new roofing materials such as asphalt, wood, steel, and plastics Inspect roofing for damage and perform any needed repairs Apply treatment chemicals on roofs and buildings to seal them from water and weather Clean rooftops by removing leaves, ice, and other debris Use hand tools such as hammers, nail guns, power tools Requirements: Driver's License (Required) Has at least 2 years of Roofing experience Must pass a background check Schedule: Monday to Friday Benefits: Simple IRA plan Paid Holidays
