Roxy was in a car that was stolen on 3/27. Car was found on Gleason Ave btwn Concord & Lorena. Surveillance shows the driver is a woman in her 30's and male accomplice. We just want Roxy back and safe. The 79 yr old woman she was stolen from just wants her beloved dog back, no questions asked.
