I have two projects that I need completed and I realize that both may not be able to be done by the same person. The first job is indoors and involves replacing baseboard and window trim in 4 bedrooms. The second job is installing a section of 8 ft vinyl fence (35 ft) and a gate along the back of my driveway where there is currently a chain link fence. The manufacturer is still getting back to me on the delivery date so this one may be a couple weeks out although the prep work for the posts and removal of the chain link could start earlier. In your response please indicate what which job your interested in (could be both) and what your experience level is. For the fence job it should be fairly straightforward to tell me what your cost would be. With the trim work I would like to know your hourly rate but I would assume you may want to stop by so we can go over what amount of trim I need to buy so I can pre stain it before install.
