Hey guys Zeus here again. We are going to be hiring for the upcoming spring/summer season. This can be ongoing with the right people. We are looking for guys with great attitudes, excellent communication skills and incredible work ethic. I will be hosting a hiring fair looking for about 15 guys. Training will be 3 days indoors. There will be some written tests as well as on-site training after those 3 days. Those 3 Days will be paid at $12 an hour. If you do not make it past that period you’ll still be paid but will not be accepted. After you have completed the 3 day training you will begin your orientation and on-site training. On the job training will continue through a probationary period of 2 weeks. During this time you will be assessed based on performance as well as professionalism. Pay during this period will go up to $18 an hour for helpers and $20 an hour for leads. All applicants are encouraged to bring a resume although it is not mandatory. Here’s what we are looking for and what we are offering. •Lead/Drivers Looking for professional motivated leaders to earn top pay! Must have valid drivers license (no CDL REQUIRED CLEAN 5 yr MVR) SS CARD Must have own transportation Must have or be able to obtain DOT medical card. $60 Must be able to pass a background check No felonies or misdemeanors within the last 10 years. Must have completed any probation or parole Be able to lift up to 100lbs Safely operate commercial vehicles according to DOT guidelines Be able to properly use hand tools, dollies, straps and tie downs. Must be able to properly manage moving crew and maintain company policy at all times Must be able to use tablet cellphone to properly communicate with office throughout the work day. Maintain truck and working logs Inventory supplies. Inspect vehicle daily for maintenance issues or defects. Starting pay after 3 day training $20 an hour. After 2 week training $25 an hour. Work week is 35-60 hours a week depending on your preference. Most Saturdays are mandatory. •Moving helpers Must have a valid drivers license and own transportation SS CARD Must be able to follow instructions from lead movers. Must be able to lift up to 100lbs Ability to use hand tools and dollies Assist lead mover with daily operations Inventory and collect all tools prior to leaving job. Starting pay after 3 day training is $18 an hour after completion of 2 week training pay is $20 an hour. Work week is 35-60 hours depending on your preference. Saturdays are mandatory. Our clients love to tip when our movers do a great job for them. So your pay can be much more. We also pay weekly performance bonuses for on time arrivals and good performance. This is a 1099 position meaning you pay your own taxes. We pay you 100% of your pay. PAY IS PAID OUT WEEKLY AFTER 1 week in the hole. No exceptions! Drugs and alcohol do not work! Our drivers are subject to regular drug testing. And are held to the highest standards of safety. Most of you know me and know i pay. I also don’t play about my clients and you shouldn’t either.
