On call handyman/ paid per gig

I'm looking for someone I can dispatch to take care of random trade related gigs for me. I'm currently injured and out of commission, I want someone that can go out, give estimate and secure clients. I don't have an hourly wage, you'll go out check the job tell me how much you charge to do the job and I'll work with the clients to get the budget.
