Property Manager that is able to manage and maintain 10 acre working property. Duties include but are not limited to: - grass cutting and landscaping - approximately 5 acres of grass to cut weekly from April - November - pond maintenance- cleaning edges - general tree maintenance and upkeep - house maintenance and upkeep - light carpentry, painting, power washing - barn maintenance and upkeep - snow shoveling and plowing in winter - Clean driving and background record - Please submit cover letter/resume/short write up with qualifications.
