Need to remove my 11 week puppy

I need to rehome my 11 week old puppy due to health issues that I just got diagnosed with about 4 days ago. Her name is Honey. Unsure about the breed I was told part lab and part pit. She is very sweet and lovable loves adults and loves kids. As I have 2 nieces and a nephew that plays with her all the time. She is 85% potty trained. Only time she has an accident is over night or when she is left alone for more than 3 hours at a time. She is not fixed yet I was working on that but unfortunately with the news I got with my recent and current health issues I unfortunately can't give her all the care she needs. this really breaks my heart but I honestly think she deserves a better life someone who has the time for her as I am going to the drs 3-4 times and by the time I get home from the Dr's I am extremely exhausted. Must pick up. No holds. Please don't ask for more pictures because these pics are very recent. I am Asking $20 to assure she goes to a good home text and email ONLY I don't answer unknown callers due to spam reasons thank u
