Hi there! Myself (female 24) and my boyfriend (male 26) are looking to rent a room down in Cape Girardeau while we start to relocate from STL and find a rental down there. We’re both clean and quiet individuals who work. We do have a dog whose friendly and low maintenance, he’s typically kenneled while we’re not home. We’re happy to pay rent and help with utilities.
