ISO local farms

Hello! I am from a small community in the south and finding local, family owned farms was as easy as walking down the street. While here in Colorado, especially the Denver area, it's hard to not find industrial, borderline corporation farms that are overpriced. I'd just really love to support actual local farms, be involved in that community and get fresh food again. I wanted to ask if anyone knew any local places (can be a lot further than Denver- I'm willing to drive) or if you're someone who runs a local farm? Ideally I'd like to know harvest time, and what is produced but that could probably be found out myself.
