HERE are a few COVERS on my COVER list...I do vocals..basic guitar..harmonica on these...I created harmonica parts for 9 of these songs.(I play guitar & harp @ same time) Band looking for a drummer and keyboard/synth player. We have a drum set at our rehearsal spot. If you want to come jam with us and give it a try, that would be great. As far was what we are looking for in a keyboard player, if you can accent what we're playing and have a decent keyboard to make some wild and wonky sounds, you'll be perfect. Our sound is along the lines of The Butthole Surfers, Primus, and early Ween. A local singer/songwriter and a great guitarist/musician are looking to add a light rhythm to their act. We are gigging out once or twice a month around the Austin area (primarily in North Austin and GTX). We fit into the Americana genre I guess but we play all kinds of different music including some bluesy and rock and roll stuff. We're a couple of guys in our 40's and early 50's. If you'd like to come join us for a low pressure and fun time shoot us a line. We have a PA and can mic your cajon or small rig. We're not looking for a full drum kit -- just some light rhythm.
