Aptos Man Killed In Car Crash

APTOS, CA — An Aptos man died Friday as a result of injuries incurred in a Nov. 5 car crash. The name of the 69-year-old man has not been released. The Aptos man was driving north on Freedom Boulevard, south of Valencia Road, when he made a turn directly in front of a 64-year-old Watsonville man heading in the opposite direction, according to a news release from the California Highway Patrol. The Watsonville man did not suffer any injuries, but the Aptos man was taken to the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. He died at Mills Peninsula Hospital.
