WATSONVILLE, CA — That's right — Santa Claus is coming to town! Kris Kringle began pounding the pavement in Watsonville Wednesday, visiting all the boys and girls, regardless of their status on the nice list. As dusk approaches, he'll be spreading holiday cheer through the city's streets through Dec. 18. Santa is getting an escort from his elves at the Parks and Community Services Department.
