Lead guitarist/lead & harmony vocalist WANTED.

I am their current lead guitar player and I am moving out-of-state, so I want to find my replacement. Here's the scoop : the 3 remaining members are all in their mid-60's (female vocalist, rhythm guitarist/vocalist & drummer/vocalist). Neither guys are strong harmonically. The music is Multi-Genre and we've played steady for 6 years. I bought 6 guitars, 3 amps, 2 mics, a Roland GR-55 guitar/synth unit and all kinds of accessories with the money we made; so it's worth your time and effort. Acoustic rehearsal is usually in Torrance (PCH & Crenshaw) and then finding a bassist/vocalist will fill out the line-up. Local, mature and easy going is what I'm hoping to find them.
