POSITION: NUTRITIONIST/REGISTERED DIETITIAN (BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH REQUIRED) PROGRAM: WOMEN, INFANTS & CHILDREN (WIC) SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION PROGRAM A PROGRAM OF COMMUNITY BRIDGES Community Bridges envisions a thriving community where every person has the opportunity to unleash their full potential. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Under general supervision of the Program Director, the WIC Nutritionist is a member of the WIC professional staff. The Nutritionist provides technical, educational, interpretive and office support for the Women, Infants and Children Program; performs related work as required. RATE OF PAY: This is a regular position, non-exempt, 40 hr/wk position. The agency rate of pay range for this position is $23.58 - $32.61/hour. The position will be offered at $30.55 - $32.61/hour (plus a .40 per hour bilingual differential after passing a test administered by the HR department). First year: 16 vacation days and 10 holidays, with accrual based on 40 hr/wk. Sick leave: Eight hours/month, with accrual based on 40 hr/wk. May be eligible to earn up to 4 Wellness Floaters per year after satisfying all eligibility requirements. 401(k) Retirement Plan: Agency matches employee contribution up to 2% of annual salary upon completion of six-month employment, effective during open enrollment period.
