Hello,
I have a number of vacation rentals around Manhattan (mostly Midtown and a few in SoHo / Chinatown) and need an additional assistant for the following duties:
-Inspect apartment prior to guest arrival to ensure all is in order (make certain cleaner did good job, toiletries are stocked, all lightbulbs work, et cetera)
-Greet guests at property when they arrive and check them in and show them the unit and make them feel welcome. **this requires you to be able to lift guests luggage up 3-4 flights of stairs**
-Small repairs (light bulb replaced, small furniture assembly, tightening of furniture)
-Errands (buy supplies for apartment, return rental equipment)
Strong candidates will have the following:
-Very trustworthy
-Punctual
-Organized
-Keen eye for detail
-Passion for hospitality
-Knowledge of New York City's neighborhoods and train system and able to give guest tips on local attractions
-A flexible schedule
-Friendly appearance
-Physically fit. Requires lots of walking, in and out of subway, and carrying luggage up stairs.
Job is part time and dependent upon the week and when guests arrive.

My current assistant is pursuing an acting career and currently has too many hours on his plate. You will work in conjunction with him.
