Moving help needed in Maspeth Queens

I need two fairly strong men to help move some items from a second floor apartment into a moving truck. The moving will be done Tuesday, April 5th at 10 AM. The heaviest items are a clothes washer and dryer, TV console, a king mattress and headboard, 3 window air conditioners, and a living room sofa sectional. The sectional is not heavy at all; it's just bulky. There are also 4 end tables, 5 bar stools, various boxes and other miscellaneous items. I do not think it will take more than two hours. I guarantee a minimum of two hours for each helper at $25 per hour. If it takes less than two hours I will still pay each helper $50. If it takes more than two hours it will be at the rate of $25 per hour. For example, if it takes 2 hours and 15 minutes, each helper's pay will be $56.25. The residence is on 72nd Street in Maspeth Queens.
