Class will consist of a short, guided meditation (pranayama, movement or mantra) followed by an extended Crystal Bowl Sound Bath. This sound healing experience will bring you on a journey that supports your physical and emotional well-being. Some of the sound healing benefits you may experience: •release of tension and stress • deep sense of connection • emotional release •reduced anxiety • improved sleep • mental clarity and… much more *Please arrive 10-15 minutes to get settled so that we may start on time. Doors will be locked shortly after start of event. There are some mats, blankets and bolsters to use at the studio. However, comfort is key so please bring whatever you need for maximum comfort. I always set up an altar space so you are welcome to bring a small item to place on it during the sound bath to infuse it with good energy!
