You are invited to join The Positive PURGE People for our 3rd Annual Women's Day of Wellness event at Demetree Park located at 650 Santiago Avenue, Orlando, FL 32807. Dress up in your cute and comfortable fitness attire, wear walking shoes, bring a towel or yoga mat and a bottle of water. We'll spend the morning with local holistic wellness professionals practicing gentle yoga, Zumba, taking a heart healthy walk together and enjoying healthy nutrition education and refreshments. What would a Women's Day of Wellness be without an opportunity to network and SHOP! There will be women-owned health & wellness vendors and many opportunities for you to network with positive people!
