Description

An evening to celebrate the stories of women empowered businesses and to reconnect as a community after two years of social distance. We are excited to convene our first in-person Summit in over 2.5 years. This is an evening of connecting with women-empowered businesses and organizations over local food and beverage at Hula, a coworking and innovation campus in Burlington. "Necessity is the mother of invention", the proverb goes and as we transition into a new phase of the pandemic, we take this opportunity to reflect on what progress has been made for women in business. The theme for the Summit is MotHER of Invention and on this evening, we will have 6 women-empowered businesses share their journeys, tapping into how their businesses address consumer, cultural, societal, etc. needs. Our featured speaker for the evening is Sascha Mayer, CEO and cofounder of Mamava. Admission includes: cash bar and food, swag bag with sponsor goodies, business listed in printed and digital attendee directory. Add-on: Event parking in designated lot near Hula - $8.00 Note: Parking near the venue is monitored with license plate scanners by a property management company. Once you pre-pay you will receive a promo code to pay for parking on the day of Summit. COVID Safety Protocol: Per venue policy at Hula, all attendees must show proof of vaccination prior to the event or at the check-in table. If you feel sick, we appreciate you staying home to recover.
