Demonstration of Indigenous American Culinary Arts
The BU Community is invited to a demonstration of Indigenous American Culinary Arts hosted by the Gastronomy Program. Chef and food scholar Krysia Villon (Met 2020) will offer a celebration of some of the foods and foodways of the Americas in this live cooking demonstration and talk. In-person guests will enjoy a tasting as part of this program.
Fuller Room 124. Event is limited to 32 in-person attendees. Additional guests invited to join by live stream.
