Get in an extra Sunday workout for an awesome cause: getting professional Muay Thai fighter Katrina "Danger" Combs back in the ring.
Get ready for a fun, challenging workout for a great cause. Katrina will lead us through circuit training involving weights, bodyweight, plyometric, and cardio-based exercises. This will be a full-body training session with modifications for any injuries and/or limitations. No special skills or fitness levels are required.
Come on your own or better yet, bring a friend. All you need: workout clothes and a bottle of water. Wear a mask or don't, whatever works best for you.
You'll need to sign a waiver, so do your best to be here right at 10:45 am.
Donations: $25 each, please. Can't stretch for that? No problem, donate whatever you can. There will be easy ways to contribute when you arrive (GoFundMe, PayPal, Venmo, you name it) and cash is always welcome.
It's easy to get here. Plenty of buses run up and down Columbia Pike. Or, park for free in the Pentagon MMA parking lot (map below).
See you on Sunday! The first session is this Sunday, March 27, so sign up now.
Can't make it, but still want to support Katrina? Donate to her GoFundMe here: https://www.gofundme.com/f/journey-to-world-championship.
