Landscape Designer / Irrigation Expert Needed

Hi There, Nice to meet you. I have a pretty big yard / landscape in the Elk Grove Sheldon area. I am looking for someone with expertise in landscape planning, setup and plant knowledge. Most of my landscaping is pretty good but it can be better. I am looking to plant some new trees, plants as well as redo some of the old trees / areas. Please be sure to include your past experience. I am looking for best value and expertise. You must also be an expert in Irrigation, Sprinkler Systems and Smart Wi-Fi Based Sprinkler Control Systems. My current Irrigations pipes, drip lines and other systems are not in a good shape. I would need that fixed before any major work can take place.
