We are SERPENT OF EDEN - We are working on an album of original music now and need a serious Bass player yesterday! We are connected and have gigs waiting. Some of our favorite Bass Players are Bob Daisley, Jimmy Bain, Roger Glover, Stu Hamm, David Ellefson, Geezer Butler, John Entwhisle etc. We are advanced players and you need to be pro and solid but not necessarily a technical virtuoso. Soul, power, and feel are the key attributes you need...anyone can learn a riff! We have a 24/7 lockout rehearsal and recording studio and we're on it! My drummer is powerful, skilled, and amazing and my singer can actually sing well...every night...and he's a badass on the harmonica too! We are a performing band NOT a bar band for 4 sets of covers. Our set is 90% original with special covers further defining who we are and where we came from...and also to play to the crowd. Everything we do is pumped and blown up! Our songs are a hybrid style of hard rock and blues and we don't apologize for doing anything we want!...but we're never afraid to take it way down dynamically for the proper tension and release like all good music! If you're into jammin on Sundays with some pals in the garage this is NOT your band, we are serious and we have our album coming out soon and bookings pending all over the West Coast.
