Need to hire someone who can mow

Hi - I need to find a person who can mow/clear weeds, keep an empty lot cut (1x per month or 1x per 1.5 month) there is a little bit of trash someone left on the lot. I would need that removed. I don't think this will take too much time. However, I would like to find someone who can get this done and send a pic once complete. Thank you.
