BOOTY BUILDING WORKOUT FOR YOUR BUM <3
Join my BAND CAMP SQUAD ladies and I in a TEAM STYLE Beginner friendly resistance band workout. Participants attending this workout consistently every week will recieve a FULL BODY BOOTY FOCUSED WORKOUT that will surely help you LIFT, TONE, AND SHAPE THAT BOOTY! While workout is in session we will also be jamming out to the most popular BOOTY BUILDING SONGS OUT. Once you sign up we are a team so no one is left behind. Let's work!

Group colors- Every week group colors change (Follow FB Group for Updates 'Band Camp) ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BRING A YOGA MAT, AND A CLOTH RESISTANCE BAND. IF YOU DON'T OWN A RESISTANCE BAND THEY WILL BE SOLD AT EVENT.
