Mixed - Lab Retriever Husky needs a loving home

Buddy is about 5. Male, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines. Good around cats and people - no experience with children but he’s happy and friendly. House dog, loves mud though. Not a jumper - needs a yard (not an apartment dog). Walks well, knows basic commands. Will whine if separated from people. Needs dog-socialization; not aggressive but can get defensive if another dog approaches too quickly. Does great at Petco/Petsmart grooming. Ideal farm dog (if he can sleep inside). Not interested in roaming - just wants to be around people all the time. Might do really well with older children (like 6yr+) - he’s big and has energy to play. Prefers grain-free dog food; sensitive stomach. No food aggression. Not destructive but LOVES to chew sticks and yak cheese bones.
