An event held in Los Angeles for sewists and makers to meet and frock together. Join us for the first annual Los Angeles Frocktails! This year's event will be held at The Federal Bar in North Hollywood. This stylish bar is located in the center of the NoHo Arts District and was formerly an early 20th century bank building. The event will take place May 21, 2022 from 1-4pm. Tickets cost includes a drink ticket for a premium cocktail or mocktail, ample hors d'oeuvres, and professional photography of the event. Proof of full vaccination will be required to attend the event. Masks rules will be subject to city and county law at the time of the event, but currently masks will not be required for attendance. Mask wearing is welcomed for all guests who feel more comfortable masked. We will be at approximately 40% capacity for our private party space. Our event will be held in the private upstairs space at The Federal. This includes a private bar and restrooms, main room, salon, stage, outside patio, and private elevator for accessibility. The venue is within walking distance of the North Hollywood Orange Line/Red Line station and several public parking lots. The venue itself also offers valet parking for those who are interested. During the event there will be fun ice breakers to give us a chance to get to know each other. There will also be a drawings for door prizes, and an optional fashion show for any attendees that wish to participate. We encourage you to wear something that makes you happy! This can be a me-made crafted especially for this event, or even something ready-to-wear that brings you joy. This event is all about getting together in person with other people who share our sewing and making interests.
