Let us come to gather and reminisce, meet, and learn about our Gabbert Family history! It has been a long time since we have all been in the same place at the same time, about 20 years or so. This Reunion is to catch up to meet once again and for some for the first time! Why do I need to buy a Ticket? The sale of the tickets for the Reunion is to cover a catered lunch on Saturday and the event space for the weekend. Please buy 1 (one) ticket for each person attending over the age of 4; tickets include food, tax, gratuity on the 21st, and event space charge for the weekend. ** If you have questions or comments please reach out to Debra or Cynthia or post in the Facebook group Event Agenda: Friday: Arrive at the hotel (if you have chosen to arrive the night before). Please make sure that you have reserved your hotel room with the YO. Here is a link to reserve your room if you have not done so. Book your stay at YOFriday night: Meet and Greet in the hotel bar for a nightcap and conversations to calm your nerves. Time is TBD, cocktails or other items will be at your own expenseSaturday Morning: Breakfast with groups of your choice or on your own. Saturday Afternoon: Reunion Event and Lunch in event space (Separate Agenda will be announced later) Menu: Mexican Buffet - Beef enchiladas and hard shell tacos with pico de gallo, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes. Mexican style rice, charro beans, flour tortillas, tortilla chips, salsa, and sopapillas with honey and Iced tea and Coffee service. ** If you would like to have a different type of beverage the hotel restaurant or bar will be available for purchase on your own.Saturday Night: Free time and Dinner on your own or hang out in the event space to play games and have more conversations with family (come and go as you want). The hotel bar and restaurant will be open if you would like a cocktail or food. Don't forget to bring games, cards, dominos, or your favorite activity to play with others.Sunday Morning: Check out of the hotel by 11 am
