Singer/songwriter with band looking for a female to sing backups and share some lead singing. Really looking for someone who can play an instrument as well—rhythm guitar or violin—but open to just singers as well. Style is singer/songwriter and Americana, about 50-60% originals. Influences include Chris Stapleton, Emmylou Harris, The Jayhawks, The Black Crowes, Dawes, Wild Feathers, and many many others. Rehearse in a non-smoking, finished basement in northwest suburbs. With a certain amount of humility, this is a pretty cool opportunity to play some really good songs with good players - no egos, no drams.
