Come learn food waste reduction tips and tricks while enjoying tasty zero-waste treats at Save The Food Fest! This free, outdoor event will showcase local nonprofits, chefs, and upcycling small businesses dedicated to food waste prevention in a fun, festival-style environment. Taking place at the newly opened Kitchens For Good SHOP, attendees will also have the chance to browse the store’s lovely collection of pre-loved kitchenware items. Co-hosted by San Diego Food System Alliance, Kitchens For Good, & Sustainability Is Sexy, this event will educate and inspire San Diegans to save the food!
