The Equity Now retreat is designed for educators who are passionate and intentional about closing the educational gaps in schools! We would like to invite you to join us for 2 days of re-imaging Equity work in our schools all while renewing, reflecting and recharging! The Equity Now Retreat is designed for educators of all levels who are passionate and intentional about closing educational gaps in schools. The sessions will focus on promoting self-care, developing educational equity action plans and building networks of allies to advance the work. The overarching vision is to support equity leaders in building capacity to lead, replicate and sustain systemic shifts in the educational system. The Equity Now Retreat includes: Day 1: 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served.Day 2: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Breakfast and lunch will be served. 6 Breakout sessions, Self renewal activities, T-Shirt, Materials, Book, Swag, Equity Leader Network list, etc ** the price does not include lodging nor transportation (recommendations will be provided).Multiple opportunities to engage and network.
