We then transition into restorative postures followed by a 30-minute sound meditation. A light, grounding meal together brings the session to a close. Join us on this journey into stillness, peace, and togetherness. Let's slow down, relax, and center. Wisdom and healing await us all. March 13's event will feature Shamiran as our Soulestial DJ.
