Michæl Orzechowski 's artist statement! "I incorporate as many elements as i can. collage, illustration, poetry, typography, glitch applications, rubber stamps, found objects. Many of my ideas are spontaneous, and a lot of my work is automatic. Meaning that i just start drawing and gluing, occasionally stepping back to observe and tweak the composition. i like to play with words, their meanings and their shapes. I like the idea of using illegible script as a design element. This also falls under the umbrella of asemic writing. All of these things allow me to communicate in my own way." Market 909's very own, Dan and Althea will bring their Full Spectrum eggs! -Local eggs from loved hens, freshly laid, never refrigerated, and dated! They have even gifted us with the photos and bios of each beautiful bird 💕 In keeping with our low waste philosophy, they offer a 50 cent discount for every returned carton! Tessi brings her eclectic, ever evolving handcrafted jewelry (and I heard a rumor that her beautiful daughter will make strawberry lemonade and baked yummies for us 💕)! Our young artist/designer Ellie brings jewelry and homegoods she kiln fuses from glass, and hand pours from resin!!!! Christina, will bless us with her beautiful presence again. The talent and diversity of her work can't be described. There are luxurious hand knit lovelies, upcycled bags and jewelry, found natural jewelry, sweet funky buttons, and divine utilitarian objects! Corey Jones, author, artist, black out poetry creator, and mental health advocate, will be with us! 💕 Robbi brings her generationally taught, made with love, hand sewn, and hand knitted, needed goods ranging from baby wear, and pup toys, to quilts and scarves! Another young artisan, Ollie, shares her original paintings and pins! INDIVISIBLEGA04 will be with us to make sure we are all registered and ready to vote! New artisan! Sue will share her upcycled map art! A beautifully curated collection of mid century maps in vintage framing!
