This 3 day experience will include workshops led by Celebrity Stylist and Founder of Fashion Mentor, Brittany Diego, a stylist panel, hands-on exercises, and showroom tours. The event will be held in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles’ Fashion District. On day 1, you will attend lectures and panel discussions around the following topics: How to get started as a stylist with 0 experienceHow to get your first clientsThe business side of being a stylist Where to get clothes for shootsHow to network and navigate the fashion industryAnd so MUCH moreOn day 2, you will visit fashion showrooms in LA’s fashion district where they will learn how to pull like a stylist and how to get access to fashion PR showrooms and rental houses. On day 3, you will participate in hands-on exercises that will prepare you for working on a photo or video shoot. Aspiring stylists will leave the Stylist Summit with a clear plan to take next to start landing jobs in the fashion industry, book clients, and create a top tier styling portfolio. Private Downtown Los Angeles location will be sent to attendees via email FAQS: Are any restrictions in place as it pertains to COVID-19? Refunds will not be provided for positive COVID testing, however, you will receive a credit to use for events and future purchases. What hotel should I stay at? All attendees must register for the Stylist Summit Individually. No plus ones that are not registered attendees will be granted access. What's the refund policy? All registration is non-refundable. Will I receive a certificate at the end of the Summit? Yes, all attendees who complete the curriculum and exercises will receive a Certificate. About your host: Brittany Diego (@brittanydiego) is a celebrity stylist and fashion consultant based in Los Angeles with extensive experience working with a diverse range of celebrities and companies and including Revolve, BCBG, MTV, Fox Studios, Lori Harvey, Karen Civil, Trevor Jackson, Draya Michele, and more. Since establishing herself as a sought-after celebrity fashion stylist, Brittany saw an opportunity to serve millennial stylists who were in need of early and mid-level career guidance, which inspired her to create Fashion Mentor, a platform that teaches you "everything you wish they taught you in fashion school".
