About this event Higher Ground aims to elevate our spirit & gather the tribe. This offering is a chance to feel connected as one. Right now, we greatly need these special opportunities to practice aspects of wellness & listen to music that is uplifting to our hearts. Bring your family to participate in a night of yoga practice, joyous music, mental clearing breathwork, & the surrender to our sound bath. Join our soul family as we activate vibrational love! This month we present the professionally established heart centered yogini, Jasmyn, founder of Rituals & Oils. Her yoga is spot on with solid transitions and ease for all levels. Kari & Zaire will then facilitate Breath Meditation, or “Breathwork” that focuses on the heart center & uses multifaceted guidance to elevate the frequency. Next we will have Selah, Cheram, & Dakota providing us with the sound journey of the night. Selah has an intentional motherly love frequency, Cheram has a powerful sound bowl aesthetic & loving presence that activates positive uplift, and Dakota infuses her Reiki Charms into her sound bowl offering. These three Goddesses will energize the space & are working to manifest a beautiful sound bath of epic preparation. Music is just a big part of Higher Ground as everything else. Our good brother Rahma will be Deejaying his sonic palette of hypnotic grooves. Every time Rahma DJs HG he creates a loving energy of deep beats and soul rocking grooves. We are very delighted he will be in the house! This session features two amazing singers Kat Hall & Jess Jones. Both these ladies will serenade us with their guitar skills & beautiful voices. This Higher Ground is hosted by a very special human, Know-Madik. Know is always creating beautiful culture in our community. He will without a doubt bring amazing to this edition of HG!
