Take an up-close look at Rhode Island's rich local history in the company of your neighbors and friends with a drink in hand
Gaspee Days Museum Weekend is a celebration and exploration of Rhode Island's rich local history. Get an up-close look at a variety of HMS Gaspee artifacts and memorabilia, catch a demostration from the Pawtuxet Rangers Historic Militia, listen to colonial tales spoken by RI Black Storytellers, or take a glimpse into your family's historic past with the Sons of the American Revolution. There's so much history to experience and you've got all weekend to make it all your own.
It begins Friday night, April 29, with cocktail hours hosted at the Aspray Boat House and Pawtuxet Armory. Join us for light drinks and take home your souvenir HMS Gaspee drinking glass. Check-in starts at the Boat House and artifacts will be on display at both locations.
Each ticket includes two free glasses of beer or wine served in a commemorative 250th anniversary HMS Gaspee glass to take home!
