Local property management company seeks reliable handyman! We are a boutique vacation rental management company. We have approximately 20 houses throughout Scottsdale and Phoenix (arcadia area). As our business has grown, we have had the need for more and more repair work to be done. As of now, we have consistent need for handyman work with about 20 outcalls each month, likely to increase. We typically have no more than two outcall needs in a single day, typically requiring same-day urgency. Most of the service will be needed between 11am and 4pm, since that is the time between a guest checking out and the next guest checking into the vacation rental. We are looking forward to finding a great fit! Responsibilities: Handle approximately 20 outcalls each month Outcalls will be for repairs, maintenance, or dropping off supplies to a vacation rental in the East Valley Interact with guests in a respectful, cheerful manner Visit each house on a monthly basis to assess if maintenance needs to be done (you will be able to do this easily if you combine it with repair outcalls) Complete a post job completion report Qualifications: Knowledge of how to fix things Including but not limited to: basic plumbing, basic electrical, drywall Must have own tools Must have own transportation Benefits: Hours are not set, but work is almost always urgent Consistent work, billed through a single client (us)
