Short-term rental company seeking on-call Handyman/General Taskmaster/Runner. Tasks can range from fixing drywall patches, unclogging drains, repairing refrigerator water lines, hanging lights to helping onboard new properties (assembling furniture, etc). We currently manage 8 homes in Phoenix/Scottsdale and are expanding. Skills needed: Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, installations, minor drywall repairs, and painting. $22/hr Also, weekly recurring payment of $15 per home to take garbage bins to curb the day before garbage pickup. Potential for 2 hot tub maintenance contracts if you are familiar with them.
