Please complete a separate registration for you and all persons attending with you. If the answer to any of the above questions is yes, please Do Not register at this time but we invite you to watch our live worship services streaming on Facebook. You must have a VALID Vaccination ID card to present at check-in when arriving to the sanctuary. If not, you WILL NOT be admitted.
