The Citrus County Chronicle and numerous generous sponsors celebrate the amazing work and dedication of nurses in our community Nurses play a significant role in providing critical health services, especially for older adults. Now more than ever, their compassion and commitment to caring for patients deserve our admiration and respect. Nurses dedicate their lives to caring for others and that dedication could not be more evident as we move through the current worldwide pandemic. At the Citrus County Chronicle, we are once again proud to recognize the hard work and dedication of the nurses in our community at the 2022 Nurses Appreciation event on May 11, Citrus Hills Golf and Country Club. Twelve individuals are recognized at the event for their outstanding work in different areas of care.
