Meet our practitioners; learn about our mission, values, and purpose; and build networking relationships! Tour our space and learn about our special practice model where we offer a happy medium between the autonomy and loneliness of solo practice vs. the community and bureaucracy of group practice or agency work. Iridescent Care Collaborative is a collaborative practice owned by Sherry L.M. Merriam, MA, LPCC, TCHI. Other members include: Kimberly Brady, MA, LP, LPCC, and Ben Snyder, PhD, MSW, LICSW, both of Convex Consulting; and Patrick Perry, MA, LPCC, Reiki Master. Our COVID-19 safety policy: All visitors and staff must wear masks in all common areas in the office when not eating or drinking. Staff may set their own masking policies in their private offices. All staff must be updated on their vaccinations per CDC guidelines; this includes booster shots. This policy does not apply to visitors.
