Painter Helper/will train a reliable hard worker

Small painting business looking to hire another hand to train how to paint houses with us. Prep work, painting, speed vs. Quality etc. Likely somebody early 20s, thats when I really started doing this. Not against hiring someone with experience either but kinda looking for an entry level worker that wants to learn a trade that nearly guarantees job security because if you know how to paint and are reliable then you will always have work. I started at 8 an hour, worked my ass off all the way to 20 an hour and then started this buisness. Its not always glamorous, hot summers and sometimes pretty hard work, but it does pay the bills and like I said learning how to do what we do gives you a job forever. We are pretty laid back and laugh and joke all day but we are also very productive. Theres 1000 ways to paint a house, we need someone that will learn how we do it and jump in and be part of the team. Im always up for hearing new ideas but if I don't like it please dont get salty. At first you'll learn how to do prep work, plastic on windows, paper masking, caulking (correctly), general cleaning and labor like moving ladders etc. Then we would start painting once you got prep work under control. We are all multiple years sober and have families now, so drugs like meth heroin pills won't work, we are in million dollar homes sometimes and I have to be able to trust my guys. MJ is not a drug and I dont care if you smoke just don't reek or clearly be super high at work. The biggest thing is reliable transportation!!! You have to have a vehicle or one you're allowed to use for work. I've tried picking guys up and dropping them off till they get a car thing and I just can't do it, I'm not even there all the time, I leave to do estimates and it's not my other guys responsibility to drive the new guy home. Plus sometimes we will end up at 3 different jobs in a day for whatever reason so you have to be able to get the address from me and get there. So, I need someone thats ready to learn a new trade that will be valuable for life, has reliable transportation everyday, and doesn't do meth or heroin, and can take direction without getting insulted.
